Monster Munch @ Harrigan’s Café (Johnstown) – Family buffet and craft night timed with Downtown Trunk or Treat; $9 buffet or $13 with pumpkin painting.

4:00 PM - Trick or Treating Around the Pond (Somerset) - Family-friendly Halloween walk with spooky storyboards and treats around the pond.

4:00 PM - Woodside Sunday Fundays welcomes Stacy and the Rejects (Johnstown) - Live music and good vibes at Woodside Bar and Grill.
